Centrally located just below Barker Mountain Lodge and above South Ridge, Sunrise Condominiums is one of the most conveniently located condo ski-in / ski-out complexes at Sunday River. Sunrise offers direct access to Broadway trail leading to the South Ridge base area which is home to several restaurants, food courts, equipment rentals, retail options and ski lessons. Sunrise offers easy access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts in the South Ridge base area. The Chondola services night skiing in the winter and during the summer months offers scenic chairlift rides, hiking, geocaching adventures and mountain biking.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Keurig coffee maker and startup supply of K-Cups is provided. Bringing additional K-Cups is recommended.

Looked at many different condos for our trip before booking this one. Glad I did. The condo itself is great. Very clean, and has everything you would need. The condo is updated and has nice clean furniture. The building itself is a little dated but still clean and safe. Perfect location and truly ski on/off. Sits just above the South Ridge lodge. Good communication and great company to rent from. Only downside was that the unit does not have a dishwasher. That wasnt a problem for us at all. Unit is on the third floor but you really only walk up one flight of steps since the main entrance is on the second floor. There is no elevator but again wasnt a problem for us. We would definitely rent again in the future.

Maine ski lodging was very easy to work with. They provided all out checkin/out information in a timely Mori with very clear directions. When we did have questions the responded to our emails almost immediately. Very happy with the team and their attention to detail and responses.

C105 was very clean and had nice updates. It is one of the more modern units that we have seen in Sunrise. Well thought out layout minus storage space for hanging wet ski gear/boots. There is no designated spot to dry your wet clothes/boots/gloves/helmets as the main front closet is utilized for cleaning supplies and not designed to be a true closet. Shower nozzle is also touchy but overall a great experience.

The Sunrise condominium C105 where we stayed was an excellent place to stay for some ski in ski out skiing for the weekend. W/ ski lockers for safe storage and quick in and out it was easy to get on and off the mtn. The unit was equipped with lots of dishes, pots, and pans, had an excellent balcony and ample sleeping area. There was nice amenities such as an Xbox 360, old NES, and not one but two TVs with streaming services. The balcony was a nice place to relax and look at the stars at night and we were all very satisfied with our stay.

This condo was amazing. Super clean and cozy. They really made the most of a small space. We will definitely rent again if it is available. The was the most genuine ski in ski out condo we have ever stayed. Skiing down to the lodge is a treat. The parking to unload was extremely convenient too. We would have extended our stay if it was available!
