Description
With just over 50 units spread across two separate buildings, White Cap Village condos offer the distinct advantage of a slopeside location. Choose from either a one-bedroom/one-bath unit accommodating 4-6 guests (depending on the specific unit) or a spacious three-bedroom/two-bath unit that comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Since each unit is individually owned, there may be slight differences in their furnishings and amenities. Building amenities include an inviting outdoor heated pool, a generously sized hot tub, a relaxing sauna, and a spacious common room complete with a cozy fireplace. Positioned along the Roadrunner trail, White Cap's ski-in/ski-out units provide convenient access to both the White Cap and Barker Mountain Base Lodges, where an array of activities and dining options await.
This updated ground floor unit is equipped with larger smart TVs, sound bar with sub-woofer and custom made ski chairs on the deck. New for 2023, brand new convection/air fryer oven.
Linens
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker are provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

We enjoyed working with the folks at Maine Ski Lodging. They were courteous, very prompt in answering questions, and helpful when we ran into a slight problem with our unit. (There was only one set of sheets provided for a pull out, but the unit had two pull outs. We asked for a 2nd set of sheets on the morning of day 2 and got them by lunchtime that day.)

We enjoyed White Cap A-104. The unit is really cute - we liked all of the ski-themed decorations. The black out curtains are great. It was clean, which is really important to us. It was mostly comfortable, with the exception of the sofa bed. The sofa was in kind of rough shape and the bed part was slanted at the top so my son kept sliding down the bed. If I could change only one thing about the unit, it would be that sofa bed. The pull out loveseat was in better shape and more comfortable and the actual bed in the bedroom was better than my bed at home. We liked being on the ground floor. When the weather was nice, we used the porch area to enter and exit the unit. And of course, it was great to be slope side.

This was perfect for our family of three. The kitchen had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable. It was lovely to be on the first floor with a porch that we used to go in and out. The electric fireplace warmed our bones after skiing. We would absolutely go back. We ended up preferring to walk down to road runner trail because lower tempest wasn't groomed and they were making snow on it and it was a tough ski down for us level 2 skiiers. We can't wait to come back!!!

Maine Ski Lodging Co. is very easy to work with when renting near Sunday River. They have great communication, getting back with questions or concerns in a timely manner. The check-in/out is seamless. We have used them previously will definitely be using them again for our next stay.

We enjoyed our stay at White Cap. It is perfectly situated on the mountain for skiing and restaurants in the mountain area. We will be back! The housewares were good! The furnishings were OK, soon could use a couch upgrade. All the rest were good.
