Centrally located above South Ridge and below Barker Mountain Lodge, Cascades Condominiums is one of the most conveniently located ski-in / ski-out condo complexes at Sunday River. Cascades offers easy, direct access to Broadway trail leading to the South Ridge base area which is home to several restaurants, food courts, equipment rentals, retail options and ski lessons. Cascades offers easy access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts in the South Ridge base area. The Chondola services night skiing in the winter and during the summer months offers scenic chairlift rides, hiking and geocaching adventures.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Keurig coffee maker and startup supply of K-Cups is provided. Bringing additional K-Cups is recommended.

Loved this stylish studiohad everything we needed and made our ski trip very fun and convenient. Loved being able to ski in / ski out and also enjoyed access to the pool & hot tub. I would definitely stay here again on a visit to Sunday River. The only unfortunate catch about this place is that the building is older and the noise from guests staying in the condo above this one can be very loud. Footsteps, a vacuum, even talking at times woke us and kept us up in the morning when the condo above us was active very early. I recommend guests bring ear plugs and/or that the host provide some complimentary ones in case there are noisy tenants above. I realize there's not much else they can do about this issue. That said, this is overall a great place!

Very nice and clean, nice set up. Plenty of towels and everything we needed appliance wise. Frenchmans hole, covered bridge, and auger falls, within 20 minutes. Beautiful views. Half hour drive to Gorham,NH if you rent from Northeast Atv and snowmobile rentals.

Cute little studio with a comfy bed! They were very accommodating of a last-minute change in our schedule. It was a bit pricy considering we were seemingly the only people staying in the entire building, so it seems unlikely that there was high demand raising the price. But considering how clean, cute, and convenient it was, I think we would happily stay here again.
