Locke Mountain Q-2 - Sunday River Townhouse

The townhome is on three levels. The main living area is located on the second level, which includes a large mudroom that allows for generous storage of ski gear. The sunny living room is furnished with an oversized, cozy sectional and two comfortable chairs. There is also a 60" HD smart TV, DVD player, and plenty of board games and puzzles. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven/range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils for cooking meals. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably. A bar height counter provides seating for an additional 6 people. The deck off of the family room includes a gas grill.

The third level features a master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV and a private full bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with one queen bed. There is a second full bath off the hallway.

The lower level has a fourth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, along with a full bathroom. There is a rec room with a smart TV and large sectional couch, which makes a great “kids only” space for family getaways. There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer as well as a foosball table.

The Locke Mountain community also has a private complex located just up the road from our unit (a 5 minute walk) with a heated outdoor saline pool, hot tub, and fire pit, as well as an indoor sauna, changing rooms, and a roomy lounge with a fireplace, games and a TV.

In the summer months, practice your swing at the nearby Sunday River Golf Club, hike up to Frenchman's swimming hole, explore amazing mountain biking/hiking trails or browse local crafts at the farmers' market in nearby Bethel.

Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.
