Description
Nestled in the heart of the South Ridge base area at Sunday River, Sunrise Condominiums offer an ideal location for ski enthusiasts. With 63 ski-in/ski-out units ranging from one to three bedrooms, the complex caters to groups of various sizes. Each unit is privately owned, resulting in slight variations in layout and amenities. The close proximity to the South Peak area provides easy access to restaurants, equipment rentals, and ski school facilities. Guests can conveniently access the resort's offerings via the Chondola or the Sunday River Express lifts. After a day of adventure on the slopes, residents can relax and unwind in the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna provided within the complex. Additionally, the convenient location makes it perfect for those interested in night skiing and riding.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker as well as Keurig coffee maker and startup supply of K-Cups/coffee is provided. Bringing additional K-Cups/coffee is recommended.
Pets
Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.

Best location on the mountain! The condo was cozy- kinda tight at times- but the convenience made up for it because we were out skiing or swimming in the pool most of the time. We were a family of 5.

Cannot beat ski in/out location. I went midweek (Feb 22) and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Made full use of condo by eating all meals in (kitchen was perfectly fine though dated fully functional and matched photos/description) and also used communal hot tub/pool for lap swim. Only ran into other people once. Great overall experience. As the place is dated, there was a plumbing issue, but the mgmt sent someone within a few hours to fix and presto! Done. Id book again

Nice and cozy unit, a bit small for a family of 6 but the kids were on the lower level so we each had some privacy. nicely equipped kitchen, good ventilation and the pool/Jacuzzi added to the fun/vacation feel. Even though this was just the beginning of the season and not all trails were open, this was a complete ski-in/out which is great.

The staff at Maine Ski Lodging Co has always been great. We have booked through them 4 times; they are prompt to answering questions, very helpful in making the reservation process easy, never any issues from check-in to check-out.

We have stayed at 4 different condos over the years, all have been well-equipped, and clean. Descriptions are always accurate. Excellent value for the slope side location; staff is always friendly and helpful; pool area is clean and never crowded. We will continue to book through Maine Ski Lodging for our future trips.

A cozy condo in a great location! We had a great stay and would definitely rent with Maine Ski Lodging again they make the whole process so easy! We did find the walls of this condo to be thin and the floors to be quite creaky though. The kitchen could also use a refresh, but we didnt mind as we did little cooking during our short stay. Otherwise, it met our needs for our weekend ski trip and we definitely appreciated the ease of a ski in/ski out condo!

Always good communication from Maine Ski Lodging. This condo is in a great ski-in/ski-out location, the ski locker is conveniently located and the unit is clean with good beds. TV and wi-fi were solid. However, Sunrise A-110 could use a refresh for the stove and refrigerator, which are quite old, and the sofa & chair in the living area are clean, but the cushioning is pretty worn out.

Everything was as expected. Weather was cool which is good given the lack of AC. Unit was clean and comfortable. Appliances and such are aged and bathroom is tiny but all are exactly what you would expect from a ski area condo. No complaints.
