Nestled in the heart of the Sunday River ski resort, Cascades Condominiums offer the perfect combination of slopeside convenience and amenities. This 72-unit ski-in/ski-out condo complex features studio and one-bedroom units, each privately owned. Guests enjoy direct access to the South Ridge base area via the beginner-friendly Broadway trail. The complex provides family-friendly activities including an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a spacious indoor common area with a fireplace. Nearby at the South Ridge base area, guests can explore various dining options, a food court, equipment rentals, retail shops, and ski lessons. Access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts is effortless from the base area, and night skiing is available in the South Ridge area.

Our room faced the fireworks which was fun. The pool and hot tub were warm and definitely soothing after skiing. The nearby restaurant SMB was fabulous. Our beds were comfortable and the condo was nice. Kids loved it. Will stay here again.
