Located in the White Cap and Barker Brook area, Brookside's Slopeside accommodations offer the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for ski enthusiasts. Situated right by the Roadrunner Trail, these ski-in/ski-out retreats provide easy access to the slopes. The 76-unit complex features a variety of condo sizes, ranging from cozy studios to spacious two-bedroom condos, ensuring there's something for everyone. While each unit is individually owned and may vary slightly in amenities, guests can enjoy shared facilities including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and a cozy common room with a fireplace.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.
Pets
Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.
Please note that while pets are not permitted, occasional visits from the owner's pets may occur. If you have allergies or any concerns, please be aware of this arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.

They team was great, very prompt with email responses. The process was very easy, and the condo was great! I was worried it would be to small for our party of 4 adults and two children, cut it was just fine, rooms were plenty big enough.

Our stay was great, we were there during the week, and only one parking pass while the parking lot was empty, my son had to park a short distance away, which was a bit inconvenient since there were plenty of open spots during out stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Brookside. The apartment was comfortable for our family of four. We really loved the layout of the place and were very comfortable with the 2 bedrooms for our 6 night stay. The location was great and the apartment and building provided us with what we needed for an enjoyable stay.
