Nestled in the heart of the Sunday River ski resort, Cascades Condominiums offer the perfect combination of slopeside convenience and amenities. This 72-unit ski-in/ski-out condo complex features studio and one-bedroom units, each privately owned. Guests enjoy direct access to the South Ridge base area via the beginner-friendly Broadway trail. The complex provides family-friendly activities including an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a spacious indoor common area with a fireplace. Nearby at the South Ridge base area, guests can explore various dining options, a food court, equipment rentals, retail shops, and ski lessons. Access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts is effortless from the base area, and night skiing is available in the South Ridge area.

Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Keurig coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

I highly recommend this condo! The unit is in great shape with a nice layout. Plenty of clean towels were provided, and before kitchen made meal preparation easy, saving us from having to go out for every meal. The hot tub, heated indoor pool, and sauna or welcome after a day on the slopes!
