Cascades C-22 - Sunday River Condo

Great location and perfect size for our family of 5.

Simple spot with all you need when your focus is skiing. Cant beat the location, very much ski in/ski out!

We had a great time in Cascades! The owners were very responsive and allowed us to check in early, which was so helpful. The condo was cozy, very clean, and perfect for a weekend of skiing at Sunday River. Well be back!

Was a great spot for 5 people. 4 in the beds, one on the couch. Was a perfect spot, ski In/out is clutch - nice to stop midday and grab a drink and snack. Would come again!

Convenient and cozy condo right on the slopes! This place comfortably fit our young family of four for a weekend of skiing and relaxation. Ski-in and ski-out was very handy and the hosts were very communicative. Recommended!

Great place

We had an excellent time at this condo! The place is super cozy, well kept and very easy to check in and out. The place comfortably slept 5 of us with room for another to stay. The bedroom was perfect, I've never gotten such good consecutive sleep during a ski week. The pool and ski in ski out access made this experience unforgettable. Can't wait to come back!

Incredible location. Leave from the ski locker area and walk right onto the lope in less than 50 feet. Very nice inside with pool and hot tub and nice common areas. But location blew us away

Condo is very cozy and in a great location with easy check in. Good, timely communication with host. Hot tub during lunch and after skiing was delightful.

Very clean and provided everything that we needed for a few days of skiing. The location could not be better. Kitchen was well Equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I can't express enough how helpful, informative and accommodating the staff was especially Matt.

My husband and I stayed in the condo and our daughter and 3 grandchildren stayed in the condo besides us. My husband and I thought the condos was so clean, comfortable, well stocked. We brought food for 5 days all 3 meals and i didn't miss anything in the kitchen as far as kitchen pots, pans, utensils. The queen bed we slept in was very comfortable and the location was unbeatable. We loved the use of lockers.

Condo is as described in the pictures. I traveled with my family of 5, so there were 2 adults and 3 kids ages 14, 12, 10. First let me start with the obvious plus - it is literally steps (really, you can't get any closer) to the Chondola, South Ridge Express Quad lift, South Ridge Lodge, the Foggy Goggle. Ski in/Ski out was great. We stayed a few nights over Presidents Weekend, and chose this location to be able to easily partake in the 'twilight' skiing in the evenings and for the Fireworks on Saturday night. Location was great! The condo is a 3rd floor unit, so you do have a few flights to climb to get to the unit. We utilized the ski locker on the bottom level (which are the lockers that look like school lockers, not the walk in lockers in the hallway that are for owners) which with 5 of us, our skis and polls fill it pretty much to its max in the evening, but it was nice to have a place to sit (benches) and put on boots, etc instead of having to do so at your car. The condo itself is no frills, little dated but nice couches & TV/cable worked just fine as did the wifi. Felt a little small with all our ski gear, but served its purpose. Ample linens were provided and were clean.

I tried to book a place last minute. Left a message through website and they called me within an hour and we were booked for a great little vacation

Loved it but stairs are a little rough.
