Centrally located above South Ridge and below Barker Mountain Lodge, Cascades Condominiums is one of the most conveniently located ski-in / ski-out condo complexes at Sunday River. Cascades offers easy, direct access to Broadway trail leading to the South Ridge base area which is home to several restaurants, food courts, equipment rentals, retail options and ski lessons. Cascades offers easy access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts in the South Ridge base area. The Chondola services night skiing in the winter and during the summer months offers scenic chairlift rides, hiking and geocaching adventures.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

A great location slopeside with a ski locker included. The space is small with a good amount of hallway noise and it doesnt have a dishwasher, but overall a good experience with easy entry and good responsiveness.

This condo is perfect for 1-2 people looking to ski Sunday River (it would get crowded with 3+). The ski in/ski out location is hard to beat! There is an indoor pool and hot tub in the building, ski lockers downstairs, and the unit has a balcony. The space was just what I needed for a quick trip to the mountains. Coffee was available, and there were plenty of utensils, plates, cups, etc for cooking. Basic toiletries, hair dryer, and plenty of towels were provided, as well. TV had cable and streaming options. It is self check in with keyless entry, which I found convenient.

I appreciate how the host anticipated guest needs; everything we needed was there, without being too cluttered. I particularly liked the nice collection of games, and variety of kitchen utensils. The host also communicated to let us know we could check in early. Instructions were all clear and easy to follow. best of all, the location is super easy to ski in and ski out of throughout the day- I felt so spoiled! thank you!

Location is great right next to South Ridge and the building was quiet when we were there. Note you cannot go back to your room without removing your boots which wasn't as convenient for lunch. Does offer storage lockers for your equipment so you can gear up/down on that lower level (no bathroom there we could find though). Ample kitchen and bathroom supplies were available and appliances all worked well. Good to know the condo has an individual water heater so keep showers to a minimum to not run out.

As others have said its the perfect ski on location. Especially if you have a beginner skier. It has everything you need plus cable and Roku. Ski locker was great to have. Walls are thin but everything quiets down early.
