Centrally located just below Barker Mountain Lodge and above South Ridge, Sunrise Condominiums is one of the most conveniently located condo ski-in / ski-out complexes at Sunday River. Sunrise offers direct access to Broadway trail leading to the South Ridge base area which is home to several restaurants, food courts, equipment rentals, retail options and ski lessons. Sunrise offers easy access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts in the South Ridge base area. The Chondola services night skiing in the winter and during the summer months offers scenic chairlift rides, hiking, geocaching adventures and mountain biking.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Keurig coffee maker and startup supply of K-Cups is provided. Bringing additional K-Cups is recommended.

Great location! The basement lockers were a bonus for storing and jumping out early! The place is small but comfy- floors,carpets and kitchen needs a renovation but is a value for the money. We would stay here again for a quick weeknd ski trip!

Condo's location is great- Truly ski-in/ski-out as described. South Ridge gets a bit busy, so having to go there to start the day (if you miss going early before 9am) created a wait. Condo itself was cozy and comfortable, well-appointed for basic needs. A little dated on the appliance/tub/flooring side, but everything worked, and for what we wanted, was excellent! Bedding was clean and comfortable and heat worked quickly and well. Lockers were very handy (we were at the end the lockers were located on). Parking was always available and plowed clear.
