Please review Maine Ski Lodging Co. COVID-19 cancellation policies and operating procedures prior to making a reservation.Brookside Condominiums offer great ski-in/ski-out access on Roadrunner Trail linking Barker Mountain and White Cap base lodges. Brookside features an outdoor heated pool and large hot tub, sauna, common room with fireplace and upgraded locker room facilities. Many units have views of White Cap, Locke Mountain and Barker Mountain. Overflow parking for additional vehicles is nearby and conveniently accessed.
Guests have access to a central common room with fireplace. The in-unit fireplace not operational.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

This condo is centrally located in a great location! There were plenty of towels and linens in the unit. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Lots of hooks for all your ski gear which was great for everyones gear. Great view of the mountain on the patio too. The only complaint from anyone was the shower head but we would definitely stay here again.
