Nestled in the heart of the South Ridge base area at Sunday River, Sunrise Condominiums offer an ideal location for ski enthusiasts. With 63 ski-in/ski-out units ranging from one to three bedrooms, the complex caters to groups of various sizes. Each unit is privately owned, resulting in slight variations in layout and amenities. The close proximity to the South Peak area provides easy access to restaurants, equipment rentals, and ski school facilities. Guests can conveniently access the resort's offerings via the Chondola or the Sunday River Express lifts. After a day of adventure on the slopes, residents can relax and unwind in the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna provided within the complex. Additionally, the convenient location makes it perfect for those interested in night skiing and riding.

Great stay at Sunrise condos. We stayed midweek so it was super quiet. Ski in/out location cant be beat. Worked great for us and our 2 kids. Maine Ski Lodging Co was responsive and flexible, allowing us to change the reservation date with less than 24 hours notice due to our son getting sick. Will definitely rent from again. Thanks!

We traveled to Newry ME for my 2nd godchild's wedding and our Sunrise condo was convenient and extremely well equipped with EVERYTHING we needed; the office was informative and very friendly. The proximity to the Grand Lodge Barking Dawg Market was close. The sunsets were beautiful and the sun rises, ever so early were glorious. Very cozy and conveniently located ski condo. It had everything we needed to cook basic meals. Everything was as pictured. Notes for families with small children. It took a lot of work to keep our busy toddler away from the open staircases and hot radiators (they were marked as such but just wanted to point out.) Bring quarters for the laundry room, there is no change machine and the mountain is cashless.

The location couldn't have been better. Literally steps away from the mountain. Communication was great and this was probably the easiest check-in process I've had while using Airbnb. The place fit 5 people comfortably and it was exactly the same as in the pictures. Kitchen had everything we needed and the smart TV was a big plus.

Very convenient to ski slopes and the main ski lodge/ski school. Ski locker a bit small so kept one pair in the car (there were 4 adult skiers). Condo is clean and well equipped. One large bed with a bunk bed that share a room on bottom floor of condo. Just right for a few days of skiing.
