Centrally located above South Ridge and below Barker Mountain Lodge, Cascades Condominiums is one of the most conveniently located ski-in / ski-out condo complexes at Sunday River. Cascades offers easy, direct access to Broadway trail leading to the South Ridge base area which is home to several restaurants, food courts, equipment rentals, retail options and ski lessons. Cascades offers easy access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts in the South Ridge base area. The Chondola services night skiing in the winter and during the summer months offers scenic chairlift rides, hiking and geocaching adventures.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

Condo location was perfect! Loved the super easy ski-in/ski-out location. Loved the view of the trails from our window.so easy to come back to the condo for lunch each day during skiing. Super convenient access to the lifts, and base lodge if necessary. Condo was as described, cozy and comfortable, well equipped. WiFi access was good as well. We had a great ski vacation!
