Centrally located just below Barker Mountain Lodge and above South Ridge, Sunrise Condominiums is one of the most conveniently located condo ski-in / ski-out complexes at Sunday River. Sunrise offers direct access to Broadway trail leading to the South Ridge base area which is home to several restaurants, food courts, equipment rentals, retail options and ski lessons. Sunrise offers easy access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts in the South Ridge base area. The Chondola services night skiing in the winter and during the summer months offers scenic chairlift rides, hiking, geocaching adventures and mountain biking.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

We have stayed at Sunrise twice and have greatly enjoyed our experience. Both times were for ski vacations. We love the very easy access to the slopes/lifts. The rooms are well appointed and clean as well stocked with necessities to make your visit feel like home. We will be back next year.

The room is about what youd expect from the pictures! but what makes this place great is that its a corner room, making it easy in and easy out! I couldnt believe how close we were to the mountain! it was so cool to able to ski directly off the mountain, have lunch at the condo, then hop right back on!
