Centrally located just below Barker Mountain Lodge and above South Ridge, Sunrise Condominiums is one of the most conveniently located condo ski-in / ski-out complexes at Sunday River. Sunrise offers direct access to Broadway trail leading to the South Ridge base area which is home to several restaurants, food courts, equipment rentals, retail options and ski lessons. Sunrise offers easy access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts in the South Ridge base area. The Chondola services night skiing in the winter and during the summer months offers scenic chairlift rides, hiking, geocaching adventures and mountain biking.

Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

excellent location with beginner friendly ski out just steps from your door. well appointed and roomy for 6 people. king mattress very firm and some noise/lights at night from the groomers on the very nearby ski trails.

This was our best vacation to date. You cannot beat the location of the condo. We intend to keep coming back. We thorowly enjoyed watching our childrens excitment over every experience, from watching the groomers and skiers go by the window, to slopeside skiing, to fireworks. Don't forget the pool! The pool had noodles, and lifejackets if you forgot yours there were some available!

Cant beat this place for the location! Perfect ski in ski out (even at the end of the season with less snow.) The layout of this unit was really fun and worked well for our group of 8. Master bedroom is very large. Had everything we needed for cooking utensils-wise.

Great unit! Unit had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes, silverware, cups, etc. Even coffee filters (i brought some with me since I wasnt sure what would be supplied). The ski on/off the slope and the locker room to store skies and take off boots made it so much more convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is beyond fantastic!!! Grab your skis out of your lockers, go out the door, walk 15 feet and strap in, you're on the slope!!! 3 bedrooms. The first a queen suite with it's own bath. 2 rooms upstairs. One with 2 twin beds and the other with 3 bunk beds (sleeps 6). So if you're filling all the beds, it's gonna be tight. Plenty of dishes and glasses, a dishwasher and a pleasant surprise, a crock pot. Each bedroom has a TV plus the one in the main room. All in all I found it to be a fantastic place to stay for a week.
