Centrally located above South Ridge and below Barker Mountain Lodge, Cascades Condominiums is one of the most conveniently located ski-in / ski-out condo complexes at Sunday River. Cascades offers easy, direct access to Broadway trail leading to the South Ridge base area which is home to several restaurants, food courts, equipment rentals, retail options and ski lessons. Cascades offers easy access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts in the South Ridge base area. The Chondola services night skiing in the winter and during the summer months offers scenic chairlift rides, hiking and geocaching adventures.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.
Divider wall has been added to upstairs bedroom to create two separate rooms.

Perfect location! Easy walk or ski to foggy goggle bar. Ski on ski off was perfect for access to the mountain. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after a day on the mountain. Highly recommend this place!

Great little condo right on the slopes with ski in and ski out available. A snug fit with three teenagers but its all about "location, location, location", and the location made up for it being a bit close. Will definitely look to rent again in the future.

Cute, cozy, ski in/out condo! Best ski in/out access to the mountain at Sunday river. Right near the chondola with easy access to trails for all abilities. Close proximity to south ridge lodge is very convenient. Condo is equipped with all necessities. Beds were a bit firm for my liking but it certainly did not hinder our stay. I wish we could have used the hot tub/pool areas but completely understand why they would be closed due to covid. We knew this going in so we were not surprised. Greatly appreciated all the excellent covid precautions and social distancing guidelines the property and mountain were following! Felt very safe the whole time and enjoyed being able to ski at our favorite New England mountain :-)
