White Cap Village offers ski-in / ski-out access and consists of two separate buildings featuring one and three bedroom units. Located trailside at Sunday River Resort on Road Runner trail, White Cap Village condominiums are located within close proximity to the White Cap and Barker Mountain Base Lodges where you’ll find a variety of activities and dining options.

My honest review- Great location, clean and easy access. The bed situation on the other hand was not accurate. Said rental stated sleeps 5. I would recommend a couple or maybe a couple with one child. If youre looking for comfort the beds lack this. You have a cot, sleeper sofa and a futon in the main bed.

The condo was close to trails for ski on/off. The space was clean and cozy. The bed situation was a bit odd (trundle beds/singles), but we were there to ski and enjoy Maine so didn't negatively affect our stay.

Well appointed, newly furnished (all IKEA) immaculate condo in a great location off of Roadrunner. Pluses are the awesome location, the top floor (no stomping around above), a well stocked kitchen, and how wonderfully communicative the management company is. (They returned texts within moments, and sent someone over immediately when a minor maintenance issue arose.)

Great place to stay over the holidays. Clean, with excellent amenities in the condo. Couldn't get closer to the slopes and the ski lifts. Kids loved the pool and sauna after a hard day skiing. Will 100% book again.
