Brookside Condominiums offer great ski-in/ski-out access on Roadrunner Trail linking Barker Mountain and White Cap base lodges. Brookside features an outdoor heated pool and large hot tub, sauna, common room with fireplace and upgraded locker room facilities. Many units have views of White Cap, Locke Mountain and Barker Mountain. Overflow parking for additional vehicles is nearby and conveniently accessed.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

We have been very happy with each of our stays. Everything that we could need is in the condos.

Staying at Slopeside was perfect for this family of skiers plus one non-skier. I could watch my crew go on off down the mountain from the comfort of the couch. The buildings are all clean and the neighbors friendly. Can't wait for next year!

The place itself is outdated, but kept very clean by management. It says you can sleep 6 but was a tight squeeze for 5. Given how small the kitchen and bathroom are, I would recommend max 4 guests. Overall, you cant beat the ski in-ski out feature, and Sunday River itself is a great mountain experience!

Great place, awesome location! We had 6 full grown 30-something year olds stay here for the weekend, yet managed to stay quite comfortable in the tight quarters. Super easy ski in/ ski out (although we did huff and puff a bit up to the 3rd floor - we're all a bit out of shape). Quick 2 minute walk down a cute wooded and lighted trail to the White Cap Lodge for some Apres dinner and drinks. We had a great time and would definitely visit again!

Wonderful Ski spot, Sunday River is the best hands down. The pool and spa area was re opened recently, this spot is on the top floor so you will have a nice warm up for the slopes.
