Centrally located above South Ridge and below Barker Mountain Lodge, Cascades Condominiums is one of the most conveniently located ski-in / ski-out condo complexes at Sunday River. Cascades offers easy, direct access to Broadway trail leading to the South Ridge base area which is home to several restaurants, food courts, equipment rentals, retail options and ski lessons. Cascades offers easy access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts in the South Ridge base area. The Chondola services night skiing in the winter and during the summer months offers scenic chairlift rides, hiking and geocaching adventures.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

This is a fantastic ski-in, ski-out option. Right next to the mountains main lodge, close to local shops and gas station. Photos are reflective of the actual space. Condo was sparkling clean, and fit our needs for our trip.

What a fantastic room, small and quaint exactly what I needed to unwind for a weekend on the slopes. Kitchenette in house which made the trip very inexpensive. Wonderful, look forward to booking this room again.
