Centrally located above South Ridge and below Barker Mountain Lodge, Cascades Condominiums is one of the most conveniently located ski-in / ski-out condo complexes at Sunday River. Cascades offers easy, direct access to Broadway trail leading to the South Ridge base area which is home to several restaurants, food courts, equipment rentals, retail options and ski lessons. Cascades offers easy access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts in the South Ridge base area. The Chondola services night skiing in the winter and during the summer months offers scenic chairlift rides, hiking and geocaching adventures.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Keurig coffee maker and startup supply of K-Cups is provided. Bringing additional K-Cups is recommended.

This was an awesome, no-frills, ski on ski off condo. This is the BEST for a small group (max 2, 3 if you must) who only is coming to ski. It was literally a 30 second ski down the hill to the chondala and the foggy goggle. The owners at this complex too were extremely friendly Ive been to other resorts where theyve been a bit stand-offish towards renters but they were so kind. We spent some time in the hot tub and common room as well.

We stayed here for a wedding in Newry. Its a great location for skiiers during the regular season- with ski in/out options. Its also about 10-15 minutes from a few great restaurants and cafes. The room itself was perfect for 2 people- very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again!
