Brookside I B-106 - Sunday River Condo

Location is right next to White Cap Lodge. Was surprised how easy it was to ski in and ski out.

Thank you so much for the wonderful weekend and the clean, excellent kitchen. We had a great time hanging out after skiing and slept like a log. We brought extra towels for the hot tub, but even that was not really needed. Love Sunday River! I would say it was one of the best places we stayed in.

Great location! You wont ski in and out if your front door but a 2-minute walk across the parking area will have you at the access trail. Well laid out space with separation between bed rooms and common area/kitchen

The apt is very clean and cozy. The large sectional sofa was extremely comfortable and perfect for a group of 4. It is practically close to white cap lodge. A short walk across the parking lot takes you on a little ski-able trail that takes you to bottom of white cap quad #9 and little white cap quad #11. The way back is very easy as well. It is off the roadrunner trail (right after the concrete bridge) Otherwise the kitchen was very well equipped we had no difficulty cooking 2 dinners. But we mostly appreciate that coffee was already available at our arrival. Definitively made skiing experience more enjoyable. On our last day we were able to pack the car, check out before 10am, hit the slopes for the whole day, ski back to the car at 4pm, unload and drive off without having to worry about parking hassle at all.

Clean and comfortable for a weekend stay with convenient location ski in/ski out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Responsive management!
