Centrally located just below Barker Mountain Lodge and above South Ridge, Sunrise Condominiums is one of the most conveniently located condo ski-in / ski-out complexes at Sunday River. Sunrise offers direct access to Broadway trail leading to the South Ridge base area which is home to several restaurants, food courts, equipment rentals, retail options and ski lessons. Sunrise offers easy access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts in the South Ridge base area. The Chondola services night skiing in the winter and during the summer months offers scenic chairlift rides, hiking, geocaching adventures and mountain biking.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

We love this condo - it has all the needed supplies, plenty of hooks to hang our gear to dry, easy access to the main entrance, comfortable bed and sectional, just enough seating at the dining area. It is very comfortable and set up very well.

We have rented from Maine Ski Lodging for several years in a row now. It is always a great experience - informative emails prior to our stay, rapid response time to emails we send, and willing to be flexible with check-in & check-out times. We rent through them for the location and convenience of ski-in and ski-out. They make every effort to help us get the most out of of our time at the mountain.

We needed to book a room last minute and were able to do so with no problems, just over 24 hours before we needed to check in. I immediately received multiple confirmation emails and clear instructions for check-in, as well as contact numbers. We were already in the area early on check in day so the keys were ready for us by noon time, we were also allowed to check out at noon on our final day. I also received a phone call a few hours after i booked the room from a very pleasant, friendly staff member whom was extremely helpful. Thank you for a great experience.

Very nice clean unit. Pricing was fair, asked to have a late check out so the kids would have a chance to clean up after the tough mountain challenge and it was no issues at all. Very pleased and look forward to staying for next years race as well.

The ski on / ski off ability at this particular location is a major win! The fact that its at the SouthRidge area is huge - no issues with having to take a bus or wind holds. The ski lockers downstairs (right next to the slope) were very convenient, no hiking over the shoulder or loading them into a car at the end of a day required!

Great team to work with. Receive an email confirmation right after booking and a confirmation call the day before check in to confirm I didnt have questions and knew where to go to pick up the keys. The store is a great pickup spot - can also grab essentials along the way. Love renting w MSL.

We really found it so enjoyable and easy to be able to ski right on and off the mountain, especially w our 3 yr old. The property was really nice, and exactly as advertised. My two kids had a blast, the pool is a nice bonus for them. We hope to do it again soon.
