The Maine A-Frame is a beautiful house with the perfect location. We were two families and had plenty of room to spread out. It was very well equipped with everything we needed to make our week easy. The location to the mountain was also super convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very well maintained property, but feels quite new. The kitchen is limited, with one pan, a couple pots, and almost no spices (we left some for future guests). Unless you bring *everything* you need, you won't be able to cook much. The wifi is fast and there's plenty of space for relaxing (the gas fireplace is awesome). No closet space and very limited drawer space in the master bedroom was disappointing. The Nintendo Switch in the basement was a nice surprise! The biggest challenge for this property is the road noise, which can be significant, especially at night. If you (or your kids) are light sleepers, this will be an issue. Otherwise it was a good stay!

Perfect for ski in/out, easy access, comfortable beds and couch, nice kitchen

Great location. Just at the bottom of the road to the base lodges. 2 minute drive to White Cap and Barker lodges, a minute more to the South ridge main base. Easy access to main road down to Bethel. Home was well appointed and comfortable. Only wish it had a hot tub!

Loved this stylish studiohad everything we needed and made our ski trip very fun and convenient. Loved being able to ski in / ski out and also enjoyed access to the pool & hot tub. I would definitely stay here again on a visit to Sunday River. The only unfortunate catch about this place is that the building is older and the noise from guests staying in the condo above this one can be very loud. Footsteps, a vacuum, even talking at times woke us and kept us up in the morning when the condo above us was active very early. I recommend guests bring ear plugs and/or that the host provide some complimentary ones in case there are noisy tenants above. I realize there's not much else they can do about this issue. That said, this is overall a great place!

Very nice condo with comfortable sitting rooms, real fireplace, and well appointed kitchen. Enough room to spread out for two families to have their own space. Short drive to ski area so not the convenience of ski in, ski out but beautiful views of the mountain and it all worked out great!

Great place for a ski trip with the family!

A family vacation for a couple days which was fabulous! The house was clean and comfortable. Has a huge downstairs for the kids to sleep and play. Very close to the mountain. You can not go wrong renting this home. Thank you we enjoyed our stay!

Clean, great location, great set up

As a family of 4, we enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be slopeside. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub. There is a gas fireplace in the common area which helped dry out our wet ski gear a bit. The beds were not comfortable but there were four of them and plenty of blankets. The heat didn't really work in the unit - we didn't complain so maybe it could have been fixed. The utensil drawer was a pain to open - not sure it had any tracks. The ski lockers downstairs were small - fit one snowboard and two sets of skis and poles, couldn't get the other snowboard to fit. The ping pong table downstairs was fun, once we found a ball. There were plenty of towels for our stay. It's a small kitchen, like pictured. No dishwasher. Very few places to hang things to dry/stay organized - definitely recommend they add some hooks throughout the condo. It's a tight space but it seemed to work for a few nights.

Perfect ski on / ski off condo! We had a great time, the location was ideal.

Check in was very easy. The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The only drawback was the kitchen - only basic cooking was possible.

It's a brand-new house. It is very clean and organized. The house kept very warm even though we set the heat to 66F; I think because the insulation worked very well, which means it's built with very good quality. I had trouble starting the dishwasher and got a really fast response to fix the problem.

Maine Ski Lodging was great and easy to work with for our stay at Sunday River! We would definitely book with them again.

This property was perfect for our family of four. We would love to rent this same condo again in the future.

Matt was always quick to respond to my emails with any issues we had. We can always count on him to respond immediately, which is very reassuring. Things happen.

Loved the layout of this condo. Having two separate sleeping areas was extremely nice. The condo was well-furnished and well-equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils and cook ware. We will definitely be staying here again!

The place we rented was nice and clean and plenty of towels and blankets were provided.
