The team was great in pushing out communications though we did not have to contact anyone regarding issues at the property and therefore can't speak too much to this statement.

This property was the perfect fit for a last-minute family getaway to Sunday River. The home is comfortable, with space for all to spread out. Our children greatly appreciated the kid's room/space and loved the bunk bed layout! The bedding was some of the most comfortable we've had in a rental property. The kitchen was well-stocked with pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. The hot tub was a fantastic way to relax after a day of skiing. The property was quiet and well cared for. We would rent this property again without a second thought!

very clean place, furniture was very clean. not a lot of clutter, which was appreciated. place had good heating. fridge was cleaned out, which was helpful. hot tub worked well, wifi worked well. only wish was some soap!

Great set up for 2 families. Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location for getting to Sunday River. We had an electrical problem in the bunkbed room. They sent an electrician out right away but the kids were never able to use the tv in their room.

Clean, updated and close to the mountain - this condo had it all. Check in and check out were easy, there was ample supplies in the kitchen to cook multiple meals and the furniture was comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay here! The condo is spacious with a great kitchen/living room area with gas fireplace, games for the kids, and plenty of room for our extended family to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The decor is tasteful and up to date. A quick drive to Sunday River. We hope to stay again next year.

We made great timing on our drive up to Maine from Pennsylvania, so we sent an email during our drive asking about early check in and they promptly responded and were able to accommodate us! They are a great management company. This is the third property we rented from them. The properties are exactly as advertised, clean, well stocked. They have been super quick with correspondence. They are friendly and helpful. They actually supply the rentals with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. I have a vacation rental of my own managed by a large company (V) and I wish Maine ski lodging could manage it, but it's in DE.

A great place to stay after a long day of skiing. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax, nice large kitchen for cooking or bringing in take out. Super clean, well stocked, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, etc. I'd recommend this place without hesitation.

This place was amazing. Looked just like the pictures in real life. We had one small problem with the hot tub and the response was immediate and the problem was resolved. Amazing service and hospitality. Loved the location, decor and layout of the townhouse. Thank you!

We had a very good time in this house . It was perfect for our 2 families . Kids had a blast in the kid room , there are also many board games and Taboo was a hit. The decoration of the house is very nice , American modern style . The kitchen is well equipped , the hot tub is very good. The only downside is that the subdivision doesn't have a lot of charm and there is no outdoor area to sit and enjoy the view but these are minor details.

This home worked perfectly for our family's summer getaway. Grandparents stayed in the first floor bedroom with en suite bathroom and parents and kids took the upstairs bedrooms with a spacious bathroom. The decor was a refreshing change from the fussy or rustic look of most nearby spots, style was out of a magazine while still comfortable for family living. Thoughtful touches everywhere - towels next to the hot tub, ping pong conversion kit for the dining table, Apple TV etc. The kids did not want to leave their bedroom - double bunk beds with individual lights and niches, window seat, board games, LEGO, every Roald Dahl book and a flat screen TV with Wii and Playstation! We were comfortable in August, but important to note no ACs in the upstairs bedrooms if you like your room very cold. We were delighted to discover that a 2 minute stroll takes you to a scenic bridge over Sunday River and a trail leading down to a pebble riverside bank. Kids and grandparents enjoyed the Maine Mineral and Gem museum in Bethel and sluicing for rocks at Bethel Outdoor Adventure. We did a day trip to Mount Washington. Screw Auger Falls at Grafton Notch State Park was the highlight for all.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for trips around Bethel and the surrounding mountains. The unit is luxuriously furnished and met our needs. It is important to note the AC's are on the floor and the second floor bedrooms get hot.

Maine Ski Lodging were great hosts. The house was beautiful, clean and neat. You wake up to the beautiful chirps of birds and the house is surrounded with green lush mountains. Definitely worth staying if you want to get away from the city life.

Great location, great hospitality, very accommodating. Would stay here again.
