Great stay for a quick ski weekend at Sunday River! This gem was perfect for our group of 4 adults. The house was clean, perfect location, had a well-stocked kitchen, and easy to find. We will definitely be returning!

The team members were quick to respond and very helpful.

This was our best vacation to date. You cannot beat the location of the condo. We intend to keep coming back. We thorowly enjoyed watching our childrens excitment over every experience, from watching the groomers and skiers go by the window, to slopeside skiing, to fireworks. Don't forget the pool! The pool had noodles, and lifejackets if you forgot yours there were some available!

The unit we initially rented fell through but Maine Ski Lodging Co. was on it immediately and helped us secure an alternative condo. In addition there was a snow storm and when I texted them a question they responded immediately.

The place itself is outdated, but kept very clean by management. It says you can sleep 6 but was a tight squeeze for 5. Given how small the kitchen and bathroom are, I would recommend max 4 guests. Overall, you cant beat the ski in-ski out feature, and Sunday River itself is a great mountain experience!

Very responsive to any questions about the site. Kept us informed by texts and emails., Courteous and polite.

Clean, quiet, spacious townhouse. A very enjoyable stay.

This was a really nice unit, locating the unit was a bit difficult because the GPS sent me to a different Easy street by Barker Mountain, this one is by the South Ridge lodge. A little walk through the lot gets you on the trail and right down to the North Peak and South Ridge chair lifts, so a great location to spend a lot of time on the mountains! The neighbors were very friendly and helpful! Inside the unit was very comfortable and warm! The bottom had a great entertainment system with an Xbox and a very comfortable couch. Upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable as well. Definitely worth the stay for a nice space and great location to be on the mountain!

Loved being able to walk outside and hit the slopes. Sunday River is an excellent ski resort and we will definitely be returning

Great option less than 10 min away from Sunday River South Lodge. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great place to stay for a group that is looking to have their own space in a private area but also looking to stay close to the mountain and restaurants. It has everything you need for a great ski weekend!

Great location and a cozy little condo. We had a great time, and we loved the hot tub and sauna!

Wonderful home- perfect for our family of 7. Great layout with all needed kitchen amenities. The hot tub was incredible to experience in the snow. Please note that there are signs that state that there are quiet hours after 10 pm and you cannot use the hot tub after that time. Check out is 10 am which is a little earlier than a lot of places. That being said, we had a great time.

Loved this house! Perfectly accommodated 12 guests for a birthday weekend! So close to Sunday River which is a huge plus. Everything was very clean. Loved the hottub!
