Enter through a large mud room with plenty of space to store all your adventrue gear. Featuring a beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and plenty of space for cooking, dining and entertaining. Spend time with family and friends in the open first floor great room with a gas fireplace to warm up around. Relax and unwind in the large primary bedroom with a beautiful tile shower. The lower level offers additional living space for family and friends to create memories that will last a lifetime!

We liked the short drive to Sunday River and to the town of Bethel. Outside property was enjoyable to sled and explore with the children. Hot tub and tv outside made for a relaxing evening after skiing. All amenities were spot on. Thanks for letting us enjoy for our multi family vacation!

Paradise Valley Lodge was a turn key vacation 9 minutes to South Ridge Lodge at Sunday River. House was spotless upon arrival, and the keyless entry made the check in super easy. Spacious living room with a gorgeous gas fireplace and huge TV opened to a a kitchen that had everything needed to cook BL&D. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all roomy, clean and comfortable. Basement was the perfect spot for the kids to play, sleep and lounge with the arcade games, video games and toys. The huge mud room was an ideal spot for putting on, and Storing all of our ski gear. The highlight was the brand new hot tub with outdoor tv perfectly situated right outside the basement. If I had any problems or questions (which I never did) management was easy to contact. This was truly a gem of a mountain home that felt more like a resort than a rental. Highly recommend and we will be back!

We had such an amazing time staying here! The house was so clean and cozy! We went to Sunday River multiple times over the weekend and the trip there was quick and easy. We also had a lot of fun trying some coffee shops in town, which were also easy to get to. Loved how this place had so many bedrooms and sleeping options available for a big group! The host was very professional and responsive and even helped in returning an important item that was left behind. Would recommend this place to anyone and would be happy to stay here again for another ski trip!

I would highly recommend this house for a getaway with friends or family. The house is conveniently located roughly 5 minutes from Sunday River Mtn and nearby restaurants. The house was extremely clean and the layout accommodated three families comfortably. We really enjoyed the hot tub off the mudroom. Already looking to book again for this winter.

This is a very well maintained property, but feels quite new. The kitchen is limited, with one pan, a couple pots, and almost no spices (we left some for future guests). Unless you bring *everything* you need, you won't be able to cook much. The wifi is fast and there's plenty of space for relaxing (the gas fireplace is awesome). No closet space and very limited drawer space in the master bedroom was disappointing. The Nintendo Switch in the basement was a nice surprise! The biggest challenge for this property is the road noise, which can be significant, especially at night. If you (or your kids) are light sleepers, this will be an issue. Otherwise it was a good stay!

My family along with another family enjoyed staying at this property earlier this month. The main family room/kitchen was a great gathering point to hangout by the fire and catch up on the day. The spacious lower floor was perfect for all the kids to hang out giving them their own space.
The house is located right down the street from Sunday River Mountain and a number of great restaurants.
Looking forward to visiting again in the summer!

The house was great and cozy! We all loved the decor and the ease of contacting the owners with any questions. Check in was hassle free and we felt like were "home" for a few nights. Plenty of hang out room for families and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The house was conveniently located near skiing, bars and restaurants. Everyone had a great time and we look forward to visiting again!
