Great location in Bethel. Walk to restaurants and Gould academy. Historic building with modern amenities. Lovely settingon the campus of The Bethel Inn. Highly recommend.

Very nice accommodations, 20 minutes from Sunday River. Everything needed for a fun, comfortable stay! With 3 floors of living space, there was plenty of room. Fantastic amenities: wood burning fireplace (wood included was a terrific bonus), hot tub, sauna, pool table, video games. Would love to stay again in the future!

Our stay was exactly as expected! The pictures are accurate, the space is small but very clean and the galley style kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook a full meal or more during your stay. The space sleep three but is best for a couple or a couple and a child, our son is 14 and the single bed was a close call for him but the queen Murphy bed is great for a couple. This is a great ski in ski out location. If someone in your party Im looking to hang out and relax, the couch is functional but not at all comfy. Overall, if your goal is to spend time on the slopes and have a good home base to eat, and sleep, this is an amazing place at a very affordable price. It was really clean too! We loved it.

AMAZING! Absolutely perfect for our family of 5 ski in/ski out. Ski lockers were easy to use. Place is just like the photos, clean and kitchen has all you will need. Kids loved the pool. Will stay again!

The house is pristine, loved it.

We had a great stay at the Powder Ridge condo. Very pretty surroundings and nice roomy, clean and comfortable unit. Very close to Sunday River. Host is very responsive. Everything went smoothly. Would love to stay here again.

We have been local Sunday River 'off-campus' property owners, for approximately 20 years, but sold recently. While looking for another home or lot we've had great difficulties finding hotel space or available local properties that fit our schedule. Maine Ski Lodging helped us with this property. It was perfect. Will be back, hopefully.

They were great. Very responsive and kind.

We loved the location! So easy to ski in and out. The condo was clean, well stocked with cooking supplies and although I brought my own condiments, I loved that they had some basics there already.

Great spot right on the mountain side looking up at it ( not the parking lot ) 3rd level of the building up two flights no elevators.

Beautiful, spacious cabin with extraordinary views from many rooms. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out. Big living room, nice pool run and furnished basement was a plus, which served as movie/gaming area for kids in our party. Home was well apportioned with all the necessities. The downstairs rooms could use curtains, as sun rises and fills room early! Great stay.
