Sunday River Estates Townhouse 06

The property was very clean and comfortable for our family ski trip. It was so close to Sunday River which made things easy for all of us. We were disappointed that the fireplace was not working for our visit, but otherwise the place was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again!

The unit was just as advertised and the location to the mountain cannot be beat! We would come again, 5 stars all around!!

Location worked out great for our two families to stay near Sunday River. The property was clean and easy to navigate with plenty of space to spread out and the giant dining room table let us all get together to eat. Area is quiet but accessible for nearby takeout or ski amenities, though you'll definitely need a car to get around as not much is within walking distance and bus service to this area is not part of the Sunday River bus loop (and walking on main road looked risky especially after dark).

Just a 2 mile drive to Sunday River and a few minutes to downtown Bethel where we ate dinner 2 nights. A great spot for going to ski, go to breweries, snowmobile or go to some good restaurants. The condo was nice and plenty big enough to accommodate all 8 of us. Loved having 2.5 bathrooms too.

It was our second year coming back here and its accommodating for a large group with everybody getting their own room. Perfect spot to ski Sunday River

The proximity to the Sunday River ski resort was terrific. We were about 5 minutes down the road (towards Bethel) from the entrance/parking lots. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, with basic amenities. The large dining table and bench seating were perfect for 5 adults and 2 small children. The rooms were spacious, the bedding was warm (we were there during single-digit temperatures), and there was plenty of space in the common areas to relax. We especially enjoyed the couches with adjustable backs and footrests.

Great Location! The place is very close to Sunday river ski resort, and nearby a ski shop if you want to get your equipment rentals or tuning. The Sunday River brewery company is also within walking distance. The lodge itself is very big, and clean. We really liked it.

The condo was exactly as described, even bigger than I expected! So much room in the common area, very comfortable recliners in the TV area. Kitchen has everything we needed, and the huge dining table was great for eating and working.

Easy to book and cheaper than VRBO.

Great option less than 10 min away from Sunday River South Lodge. Would definitely stay again!

Location was very convenient, right near a ski shop if you need rentals. We were lucky enough to have 6 of snow on our first morning! The other side of the condo lot was plowed before 7am but our cars and our side of the lot had not been plowed out so we messaged the host. They said they use a different plow company that would be coming soon. An hour and a half later they still werent there so we shoveled ourselves out to get to the mountain and ski the fresh pow! By the time we returned that evening the lot was plowed. I would highly recommend the host hire the other plow company that clears the other half of the lot before dawn. Also would have been great if the dumpster and trash was emptied. There was trash in the large can in the entry way when we got there and it was quite the smell to be welcomed by. There was no where to put it because the dumpster outside was overflowing. We would still stay here again but would appreciate more attention to these details.

Lots of room for 2 couples + 2 individuals. Very close to Sunday River. No surprises based on the listing. We had a great time!
