Description
With just over 50 units spread across two separate buildings, White Cap Village condos offer the distinct advantage of a slopeside location. Choose from either a one-bedroom/one-bath unit accommodating 4-6 guests (depending on the specific unit) or a spacious three-bedroom/two-bath unit that comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Since each unit is individually owned, there may be slight differences in their furnishings and amenities. Building amenities include an inviting outdoor heated pool, a generously sized hot tub, a relaxing sauna, and a spacious common room complete with a cozy fireplace. Positioned along the Roadrunner trail, White Cap's ski-in/ski-out units provide convenient access to both the White Cap and Barker Mountain Base Lodges, where an array of activities and dining options await.

Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

The booking process was extremely easy and Maine Ski Lodging Co. does a GREAT job keeping you up to date with any info on the property leading up to your stay and also communicating the information about your stay before you arrive and also before your check out. We had one question about our stay that required us to reach out prior to arrival and the team was very helpful!
We also happened to meet Joe at the property when we were unloading the car and he was full of information for us and we had a great convo to start our stay.

This unit has seen some recent renovations that definitely help to improve your stay, the unit was well furnished and very clean. We didn't find ourselves missing anything we would need for our visit. The only recommendation I would have is to label the switches in the unit or fix some of the ones that do not connect to anything.

Great ski in, ski out! Great condo and exactly as described/pictured. Sunday River is a really GREAT resort and we hit the slopes on a Mon, Tues, Wed---absolutely no lines and great groomed trails! Unit is located on the 4th floor with no elevator so might be tough on some but no problem for us. Pool area was fun but very strict on food/drinks, sauna was great! Best food was at Sunday River Brewing Co and Crossroads diner in Bethel. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!

I had a very pleasant experience working with Maine Ski Lodging. They process was quick and easy. I had to call once and someone returned my call promptly. I will definitely use Maine Ski Lodging again in the future.

White Cap A-407 was a great condo. Clean, open concept and easy ski on/off. My only complaint would be the four floor walk up. With kids and all their stuff- it was a long way up and down carrying stuff. It would also be great to offer a second parking pass. Due to kid logistics- we had to bring two cars- and having to park one away from the other was annoying (especially seeing that the parking lot was empty during our stay).

We went for a ski weekend at Sunday River and this unit had everything we needed. The location is great right on the mountain. The only thing to be aware of is the bed situation. The bedroom has one large bed (queen, or standard?) and it has a bunk bed. It made accommodations tight. Overall the listing was accurate and there were very clear instructions on how to use everything from the front door to the cable box.
