The team was great in pushing out communications though we did not have to contact anyone regarding issues at the property and therefore can't speak too much to this statement.

This property was the perfect fit for a last-minute family getaway to Sunday River. The home is comfortable, with space for all to spread out. Our children greatly appreciated the kid's room/space and loved the bunk bed layout! The bedding was some of the most comfortable we've had in a rental property. The kitchen was well-stocked with pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. The hot tub was a fantastic way to relax after a day of skiing. The property was quiet and well cared for. We would rent this property again without a second thought!

I had 1 email exchange with a question and it was answered promptly. The process of booking was straightforward and easy.

We stayed in Cascades for 3 nights. The convenience of the ski locker and place to get boots on & off right on the slope was fantastic. The building was amazingly quiet, during both the day and the night. While the unit is small, it is cozy and has what we needed for making meals, relaxing after a day of skiing, and sleeping. Our stay allowed us to have 3 days of skiing and time to explore in Bethel. We would recommend this condo to others. We were lucky to book it on a relatively short notice.

121 Keystone was a great basecamp for our families' ski trip. Lots of space, cozy and well equipped with great views in a beautiful area.

Great stay! Wish we could have stayed longer

The booking process was extremely easy and Maine Ski Lodging Co. does a GREAT job keeping you up to date with any info on the property leading up to your stay and also communicating the information about your stay before you arrive and also before your check out. We had one question about our stay that required us to reach out prior to arrival and the team was very helpful! We also happened to meet Joe at the property when we were unloading the car and he was full of information for us and we had a great convo to start our stay.

This unit has seen some recent renovations that definitely help to improve your stay, the unit was well furnished and very clean. We didn't find ourselves missing anything we would need for our visit. The only recommendation I would have is to label the switches in the unit or fix some of the ones that do not connect to anything.

The people at Maine Ski Lodging were really easy to communicate with and made booking a breeze. They were very quick to respond over email when I had questions, and I loved getting all of the check in information in an email ahead of time. I've stayed at other resorts that are a lot more old fashioned in their communication, and loved how easy this was. Will be booking again through them!

Amazing location, especially for people with kids who can just walk a few steps to bring them to lessons.
