Powder Ridge Ski Chalet

We booked this house for our thanksgiving ski trip at Sunday River resort. Although the ski itself is a little icey and not too pleasant, this house itself is definitely impeccable it has a great location with only about 10 minutes to the ski resort and has sufficient amount of space for our group of nine people and dogs. Everything is nice and tidy with clear instructions for everything. We had a great time here!

From the initial conversation through the the booking and all the way to checkout, MSL was incredible to work with. We rented 3 houses for a local wedding so that all of our family and close friends could stay a few nights. All 3 houses were clean, organized, and beautiful. We didnt have to contact MSL once for anything and check-out was a breeze. The sign of a good rental...when you don't have to contact anyone for anything. Thank you Matt and Stephanie for helping make our wedding weekend amazing!

Great holiday getaway! Decided to go away last minute for thanksgiving with the family and this place was perfect! Full kitchen, tons of room for kiddos and great views. Lots of memories created. Definitely might be a new family tradition, go to the mountains! Highly recommend!

This was the perfect house for our stay. As a family home, it felt nice and homey but not too personal. Everything was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

We just enjoyed a stay here with 4 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog. The house is beautiful, perfectly clean and in a great location. The surroundings are quiet and the yard is great to hang out in. We cooked 2 dinners and the kitchen is very very well equipped! We all really loved the house.

I never saw him/her/thembut we had a minor plumbing issue. I texted the number provided at approx 8am. I received a text back while on the lift at 9am stating that the issue had been resolved. Thats the way it should work - thank you!

Lovely home, modern, very well appointed and picturesque. Everything worked, Mud Room and Play room are great! It is up a big steep hill so 4WD/AWD is important in snow season.

We rented this place for a long weekend getaway and had a great time. We came off season, but there was still plenty to do with hiking and some local breweries (we recommend Steam Mill). We also enjoyed staying in to play games and sit around the fire. We absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet weekend getaway.

After staying in many an AirBnB for travel, it was so lovely to have one so set up. Paper products, bottled water, trash bags, spices in cupboards.... it was perfect. The house is lovely with a great game room area for the kids. It was very comfortable for our stay. Just minutes to everything yet felt removed and private. The neighborhood is quiet and you can really unwind and relax here. I would not only return but recommend as well. Commutations were top notch too!

A beautiful home!! Plenty to do in the surrounding area (swimming, mini golf, etc.), and fire pit makes for excellent evening relaxation. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home and its amenities suited our large family perfectly. We will definitely consider staying in this property again this winter and next summer. We also liked the value :-)

We were a family of 8 people and 2 dogs that stayed at this lodge the Memorial Day weekend. Loved everything about the lodge, highly, highly recommend it! The kitchen/family room area was spacious with glass panels taking up the wall that led to the deck - it was beautiful, and well stocked with board games and puzzles. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need in terms of utensils and equipment. The view from the bathroom on the top floor was amazing, and so was the shower in the bathroom. The basement area had a foosball table. Wii, and a TV which kept the kids busy and happily engaged when it rained. It walked out into an area of the yard with a fire pit. We had friends who had rented a couple of other lodges in the area, and we gathered around the fire pit in late evenings to sing songs and talk! You can feel the warmth of the owners all over the place - there was lovely wall art with deep quotes which I loved looking at! We went hiking in the nearby mountains and the view from the top was amazing.

This was a great home - we will happily return.

Great ski chalet within a very easy drive to Sunday River. House is perfect for a family and friends. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans you would need, plus a panini maker! Great amenities like Bose speakers, Alexa devices, connected TVs etc add to the experience.
