From the initial conversation through the the booking and all the way to checkout, MSL was incredible to work with. We rented 3 houses for a local wedding so that all of our family and close friends could stay a few nights. All 3 houses were clean, organized, and beautiful. We didnt have to contact MSL once for anything and check-out was a breeze. The sign of a good rental...when you don't have to contact anyone for anything. Thank you Matt and Stephanie for helping make our wedding weekend amazing!

The house was comfortable and amenity- filled. Downtown Bethel was a 2-minute drive/10-minute walk, and Sunday River is close too.

We enjoyed the house overall. The bugs outside really diminished the experience. This may seem unfair because thats hard to control, but it would definitely keep us from booking this house again.

stayed memorial day weekend Friday- Monday houses beautiful , had everything we needed for our stay and was a nice weekend get away for our family of 10.

My wife and I had a great stay at Aspen East and exploring Bethel and the surrounding areas. This place was a wonderful retreat to come back to at the end of a long day out. The WiFi was good for streaming. The open space, beautiful view, and nice hot tub made for relaxed mornings and evenings. Would stay again.

Everyone we spoke with was courteous and very quick to respond. It was much appreciated and we truly enjoyed our stay!

English Woods was a great secluded spot to call home for a long weekend. We had a great time exploring the area while also appreciating being able to come home to a place that was comfortable. We even enjoyed the fire pit one evening!

Porchside was a beautiful house and everything was spotless for our stay. We loved the close proximity to Boothbay Harbor and being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. We hope to stay here again in the future!

we had a great time here! annual ski trip with a big group of friends, made for a great place to make memories. about 20 minutes from sunday river but well worth the drive!

We had a great stay at Dream Maker! The house was extremely clean (and I'm picky about clean) and had absolutely every amenity you could need. Nice, big towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, all kitchen accessories, games for kids, extra blankets, comfy mattresses, etc. A lot of detail went into this house for renting and we very much appreciated it. We will definitely be back!

The Ski Barn is only minutes away from the mountain which made our weekend of skiing extremely convenient. There's a nice spacious kitchen and large living room for hanging out. A highlight for us was relaxing in the large hot tub after long days of skiing. We highly recommend the Ski Barn!
