Great spot close to the mountain at a lower price than ski-in ski-out condos, with under a 5 minute drive to any of the lodges/restaurants/bars. Small and cozy and totally worth it!

Great spot for ski in ski out. Slope right out the door! Nice pool and hot tub. Our unit was listed as sleeps 6. Would definitely be crowded for 6 adults.

Great place, very cozy for 2 people and had all the amenities we needed. The location to the chair lift was the best part, and the communication with the condo was prompt.

Great mountainside spot! Ski on ski off so convenient and the unit was clean, well stocked, and comfortable (great pull out couches, which expanded the sleeping arrangements comfortably).

Most convenient spot in all of Sunday River! Truly ski in/ski out right on the Chondola. Comfortable master bed. Well equipped. Perfect for a small family!

This is a perfect ski house. The layout is perfect for a comfortable stay. House was spotless and beds were comfortable. Very convenient location to town and to the mountain. Property manager extremely helpful.

Perfect slopeside spot for a couple. small room but includes everything you'd need for multiple days with a full size kitchen and all dishes, utensils, and cookware you'd need. Check-in was simple, the room was spotless, and there was direct access to the lift at south ridge. Great stay for skiing Sunday river!

The condo was close to trails for ski on/off. The space was clean and cozy. The bed situation was a bit odd (trundle beds/singles), but we were there to ski and enjoy Maine so didn't negatively affect our stay.

This house was perfect! Well furnished, updated, and only a 20 min drive from Sunday River. Highly recommend!

The house was the perfect place for a group looking to enjoy the slopes during the day and a spacious home with plenty to do at night. There were a ton of games to keep people of all ages entertained even if they never wanted to leave the cabin. The space had a ton of beds, was clean and the hot tub was a great way to end the day. I would highly recommend the place to anyone!

Matt is a pro, Ron is a great help and it couldnt have been easier to book and enjoy.

Overall, nice experience, would like to come back someday.
