The second floor features a bedroom with a queen bed and an additional bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a full sized bed. There is also a lounge / office and a full bath on the second floor. This townhouse is a great home base for your next trip to the Bethel and Sunday River area and is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and other area activities.
The ongoing construction of the next phase of this condominium development may lead to noise and increased vehicle activity in the vicinity of the property.
Parking
Each unit is limited to a maximum of three vehicles.

Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.

The condo itself is very comfortable, clean and as advertised. Very convenient to town and Sunday River. It was very easy and well appointed. I would note that there is a row of condos under construction just behind these condos so there isnt much of a neighborhood feel and no outdoor space to speak of.

perfect spot for a weekend up at Sunday River just a 10 minute drive down the road. The beds and sofa were super comfortable, and the gas fireplace was a nice feature and very easy to use. Would definitely come back here again!
