We had a great ski weekend at this place. Easy access down the road to Sunday River and also Bethels main street for groceries/food. Fireplace was so cozy and kitchen had all of the appliances we needed.

Good location and clean

The location is beyond fantastic!!! Grab your skis out of your lockers, go out the door, walk 15 feet and strap in, you're on the slope!!! 3 bedrooms. The first a queen suite with it's own bath. 2 rooms upstairs. One with 2 twin beds and the other with 3 bunk beds (sleeps 6). So if you're filling all the beds, it's gonna be tight. Plenty of dishes and glasses, a dishwasher and a pleasant surprise, a crock pot. Each bedroom has a TV plus the one in the main room. All in all I found it to be a fantastic place to stay for a week.

Close proximity to the mountain, easy check in. Kitchen is small if you are planning on cooking. Perfect size for 4 adults with plenty of room to spread out comfortably.

The unit was perfect for our needs. Close proximity to the Road Runner was a real plus!

Great ski in and out location. This place was spotless clean and had all of the utensils and toiletries you would need. Easy check in and check out instructions.

The condo was clean and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, cups, toaster, coffee maker etc. Everything we needed for the weekend was there. The bedrooms were a nice size and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Incredible location. Leave from the ski locker area and walk right onto the lope in less than 50 feet. Very nice inside with pool and hot tub and nice common areas. But location blew us away

Great spot close to the mountain at a lower price than ski-in ski-out condos, with under a 5 minute drive to any of the lodges/restaurants/bars. Small and cozy and totally worth it!
