Centrally located above South Ridge and below Barker Mountain Lodge, Cascades Condominiums is one of the most conveniently located ski-in / ski-out condo complexes at Sunday River. Cascades offers easy, direct access to Broadway trail leading to the South Ridge base area which is home to several restaurants, food courts, equipment rentals, retail options and ski lessons. Cascades offers easy access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts in the South Ridge base area. The Chondola services night skiing in the winter and during the summer months offers scenic chairlift rides, hiking and geocaching adventures.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Keurig coffee maker and startup supply of K-Cups is provided. Bringing additional K-Cups is recommended.

The unit was in the perfect ski-in/ski-out location and had beautiful views of the ski trail and the sunset. Not overly big, but slept 4 of us just fine and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing ski weekend. Would definitely return!

Weve booked condos through Maine Ski Lodging several times over the past few years. Its always a very easy and smooth reservation/check-in/check-out process. Weve never had a issue. Condos are always well equipped. The added addition of combo locks on the doors was a great improvement!

The slopeside location of this property was perfect! Furniture and bed are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Condo decor makes you feel at home in Maine. Tons of hooks everywhere to help you keep everything organized during your stay.

Incredible location right next to the Chondola. The window looks right out onto the slopes with a clear view to see your kids come down the trail. Super cozy and beds were actually comfortable! Well appointed with kitchen stuff too. The backdoor to the slopes was the BEST part!! Super convenient.

We had a great weekend at Sunday River and really enjoyed our stay at Cascades. Having young kids, it made getting to/from the mountain exceptionally easy, so much so that half of us went back out for night skiing after a full day on Saturday because it was right outside the door! The condo was so cozy with all of the Maine mountain touches, and it was a perfect size for our needs - enough space for us all to have a comfortable bed, while also giving the adults a separate place to relax after the kids went to bed.
