Located in the White Cap and Barker Brook area, Brookside's Slopeside accommodations offer the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for ski enthusiasts. Situated right by the Roadrunner Trail, these ski-in/ski-out retreats provide easy access to the slopes. The 76-unit complex features a variety of condo sizes, ranging from cozy studios to spacious two-bedroom condos, ensuring there's something for everyone. While each unit is individually owned and may vary slightly in amenities, guests can enjoy shared facilities including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and a cozy common room with a fireplace.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.
Pets
Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.
Please note that while pets are not permitted, occasional visits from the owner's pets may occur. If you have allergies or any concerns, please be aware of this arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens

This was just such a lovely place to stay. Easy to ski down to the closest lodge in the morning to purchase ski tickets. Thoughtfully laid out with lots of storage and surfaces to put things down on. Nice places to sit to hang out (the extra couch bed/a nice big chair, comfy stools at the kitchen counter). Had everything we needed in terms of amenities. And thoughtful touches everywhere. Extra blankets. Enough kitchenware to really be a functional kitchen. Small but useful storage everywhere (hooks for coats, a bench, shelves at the entry, little shelf at the bathroom sink) It was a small space but something about it being split with the bed on the upper level made it feel larger and more interesting. Just a really nice place to be.

We loved our stay! We were excited to find this ski in ski out condo available for a long weekend of skiing at Sunday River. The place is cozy, but was perfect for a couple, and looked just like the pictures. We loved having the kitchen so we didnt have to eat out every meal and the ski in ski out was perfect!

We have stayed in many units and this one was wonderful. As a couple we were mostly hoping for a studio with a good bed, not a pull out sofa or bunk beds. The unit also had granite countertops and new appliances. Love the outdoor pool and hot tub at Brookside.

Maine ski lodge made booking our condo very easy. Their communications were timely and detailed that it helped make our stay very pleasant.

Brookside A II 215 was the perfect condo for our couples get away weekend. Its proximity to the mountain allowed us to easily get on the mountain in the morning and return back to the condo mid day to for lunch. The condo is also very close to the pool/ hot tub and that was a perfect way to end our day on the slopes. The condos overall location to restaurants and bars is unbeatable. It is about a 2 minute drive to The Matterhorn and walking distance to Definitive Brewery. Overall this place is great for a couple looking for a getaway weekend and getting to experience what Sunday River has to offer.
