Comfortable ski lodge with easy access to Carter's XC and reasonably close to Sunday River. The fireplace makes for an even cozier stay!

wonderful place! clean, well laid out, equipped kitchen, beautiful view!!!

This was a fantastic place to stay. We had a group of 8 and were there for the skiing at Sunday River. The house was perfect for the group, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The location was great for driving to the slopes and there were plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby.

My husband and I, along with our three grown sons and their significant others/friends loved the house. The view from the main room is spectacular, the set- up is perfect for 10, the kitchen is well- equipped and the hot tub was an added bonus. I was appreciative of the Scandinavian style of the home, with the use of natural materials in the decor. We hope to make a long ski weekend at this home an annual event.

We loved the hot tub and quiet atmosphere. Beautiful and comfortable home! Kids loved the bunk room! And the huge entrance room was great for your ski equipment!

Loved the easy of the code on the door and ease of access overall.

Needs some updates, windows were very drafty, snow actually piled up on the sill. A bit o far from the pool for us.

Great house! Great view! Exactly what our 2 family ski trip needed. Just enough space, cozy, and well equipped! The entry way is perfect for all your ski gear! We had a great stay, and would definitely return in the future!

Very close to Sunday River! As advertised, it is only one bedroom so if you come with friends or kids, they would need to sleep on the pullout couch. Overall was an affordable and clean place to stay!

Nice location

My family of four had a great stay at Opera House Unit 4. It was perfectly located for our ski weekend at Sunday River - and being a walkable distance to Bethel center was the icing on top (we recommend Suds Pub for a family friendly dinner!). The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Two thumbs up!

We hope to return next year.

Great spot!

Great location right next to the ski lift, nice pool and hot tub in the building. Nice apartment with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, basic cook wear. Had a great stay would recommend!

Wonderful home, great entrance/mudroom for keeping our ski equipment. Easy check in, great hosts, very clean house. Very conveniently located for Sunday River. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

The condo was very nice, clean, and the building was right next to the slope to ski down to the chondola, questions texted were answered immediately. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It does not have a dishwasher so we were very minimalistic with the dishes we used so we didn't have to wash too many. I would have brought dishwashing gloves had I thought to. I do think the building should change the rule against wearing ski boots in the hallway rule though. It is a ski area after all... and the carpeting looks like it can handle boots. We did not use the lockers, which are on another floor. Maybe it's ok to walk out from the lockers. We just didn't want to hang out in a hallway locker area potentially with others during covid... So we put them on and off by the car, and kept our skis in the car too.

The overall experience was great!

This condo was perfectly sized with the perfect location. We were able to snap our skis on and be on the mountain, and just a quick drive or walk to many local breweries and eateries!

We had an amazing stay and experience working with Maine Ski Lodging. Matt promptly answered our questions about the property, but because of the amount of information they provided before our stay, we didn't have many questions at all. Great experience overall. Thank you!

This unit was well stocked and very clean. We appreciated that it felt like a home away from home. It had just enough space so that we didn't feel like we were staying in a cramped hotel room, and certainly were not bumping into each other. We had a great stay.

Great location, spotless and we had a great stay.

Great unit! Unit had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes, silverware, cups, etc. Even coffee filters (i brought some with me since I wasnt sure what would be supplied). The ski on/off the slope and the locker room to store skies and take off boots made it so much more convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
