Sunny, comfortable, clean, ground-level condo located on the Sunday River Road, just under 2 miles from Sunday River Resort. Modern living with a rustic feel. This condo features an inviting post and beam construction style, electric fireplace, new furniture and beds, mudroom for gear storage, back porch with hammock and nearby charcoal grill. A quiet location overlooking fields close to amenities and local activities. This single level one bedroom unit is 620 square feet and has a private bedroom in addition to two brand new Ikea sleep sofas in the living room. Located close to many famous local restaurants and shops, Camp Condo is a great lodging choice for your next visit to the Sunday River area.
Riverbend Condominiums has a strict no pet policy for renters, which includes emotional support animals. No exceptions can be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
Property Amenities:
Living area: large TV, DVD player with movies, unlimited WiFi, cable, electric fireplace, tower fan, 2 Ikea corner couches which convert to double beds with foam mattress toppers.
Kitchen: stove, microwave, air popcorn popper, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, coffee press & tea kettle.
Bedroom: king size bed, mattress topper, TV, quiet window fan.
Bathroom: full shower with tub, heated towel rack.
Outdoor: back deck with chairs, hammock and nearby charcoal grill (BBQ items provided).
Misc. beach towels, folding chairs, beach umbrella, games, solar security light automatically lights up door for security and easy access.
Linens / Toiletries: Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

We had a really nice time at the Maine Ski Lodging. The small condo was very cozy, well decorated and extremely well equipped. Everything to feel at home! Even the convertible sofa was comfortable thanks to the supplementary mattress you could put on it. The location is also nice since you can enjoy great hiking trails nearby. I recommend it 100% and would be happy to come back.

Stayed in the summer! Really great home-base for my boyfriend and I! Lots of great hiking and swimming in the area around the place. Really helpful printed maps in the house that we were able to use to find cool places and when driving and lost service! Will absolutely come back

Fantastic, cozy condo. Clean and comfortable. As with many AirBandB's it is smaller than the pictures show, but still a great base for exploring the area. The only drawback is sound: it is a little close (100 yards or so) to the main road heading to Sunday River, so there is a fair amount of car noise, especially during and after a rainstorm. You can hear the owners walking around in the upstairs unit, but after running into them I was told that they are planning a renovation to mitigate that. Overall highly recommend this condo!

The location is ideal for a ski trip to Sunday River, condo was cozy and fully equipped with essentials like towels, linens and coffee filters. Plenty of space for family of four. The only complaint is walls are paper thin including ceiling. Our upstairs neighbors were very loud with what seemed to be a child stomping and running across floor. On occasion we could hear them talking. This went on until about 9pm and started very early on in morning. We were also up early to hit the slopes so the upside, we were on same schedule.

Would recommend this spot to anyone who is considering! Only minutes away from Sunday River and less than a mile to a couple great dinner/hang out spots. The space was exactly what we needed for a ski weekend and was very comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the responsiveness of the host when we reached out with a few questions, would love to stay here again.
