Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just a 25-minute drive from Sunday River and a quick 10-minute trip from Mt Abram, the Countryside Retreat is a classic Maine chalet. This beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers an open floor plan with hardwood floors and a real wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cozying up after a day on the slopes or exploring the nearby Mt Abram bike park. The modern kitchen has everything you need for cooking and opens up to a comfortable living and dining area, great for both entertainment and relaxation.
Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Combination drip/K-Cup coffee maker is provided. A startup supply of coffee/filters are provided. Bringing additional coffee/filters is recommended.
Generator
Property is equipped with back-up power generator.
Pets
Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.
Please note that while pets are not permitted, occasional visits from the owner's pets may occur. If you have allergies or any concerns, please be aware of this arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.
Property is equipped with exterior security camera(s) that record audio and video. Camera(s) are installed primarily as a theft deterrent but may be used to verify compliance with rental policies. Security camera(s) are not continuously monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property.

This house was so cozy and clean! Its in a great location - close by everything but yet still quiet. The host was quick to respond to my question upon arrival which was great! This house was so spacious, lots of beds, kitchen & livingroom area was open and perfect for our group to all socialize & be together. Definitely recommend staying here!!

We walked into a beautiful space with such nice touches. A table all set and welcoming. Beautiful spaces indoors. Beautiful views of snowy woods outdoors. The beds are comfortable, and linen supplies abundant and plush. We cooked up a storm in the kitchen, and found helpful,extras in the cupboards. That usually are not found - seasonings, olive oil, salad dressings, condiments, and many other things that elevated the usual spare cooking that is typical of cooking away from home. The management team shoveled snow promptly and anticipated other extras that made our stay easier. This is a well managed property.
