We had an amazing stay at this property. Matt was highly communicative, the house lived up to the pictures and the setting could not have been better.

Great home for a family ski vacation with well-stocked kitchen, comfortable gathering and sleeping areas, and quiet neighborhood. Only a short drive to the mountain.

Excellent location for skiing. Condo was clean and recently updated. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers and we had enough room to hang out for a long weekend. Space is a little small but well arranged. Ski locker on first floor is small and only fits 2 sets of skis but you are so close you can just leave your skis in your car which is 50 feet from the ski trail. We would look for a place a little bigger if staying for a week but had a great stay over the long weekend.

The Condo was exactly as listed, clean and well stocked.

We had a great stay at the Eden Ridge property and really enjoyed Sunday River Ski Resort. The property provided easy check-in, a great location and very comfortable. The location is quiet and very relaxing, which was perfect. The weather was a bit warmer than expected for December but it was fine. The road leading up to the condo is very steep, so I was happy the roads were not icy. You will definitely need 4WD when conditions are trickier. The beds were amazing and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Thank you for a great visit to Sunday River.

Great set up for 2 families. Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location for getting to Sunday River. We had an electrical problem in the bunkbed room. They sent an electrician out right away but the kids were never able to use the tv in their room.

Great condo and location. The only downfall was the lack of pool/hot tub access. Clean, well decorated, lots of sleeping options for our family of five.
