Great location near Mt Abrams and Sunday River, 5 mins from Bethel for restaurants and other activities. Pretty views from the apartment. Everything was as pictured, a great place to relax after skiing.

We had a great stay at the Eden Ridge property and really enjoyed Sunday River Ski Resort. The property provided easy check-in, a great location and very comfortable. The location is quiet and very relaxing, which was perfect. The weather was a bit warmer than expected for December but it was fine. The road leading up to the condo is very steep, so I was happy the roads were not icy. You will definitely need 4WD when conditions are trickier. The beds were amazing and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Thank you for a great visit to Sunday River.

Our stay at Maine Ski Lodging was very nice. The townhouse is more or less as advertised, with some minor deviations from the listing. Communication was clear and effective. The parking situation was less than ideal due to the storm, and required hours of shoveling and car movement coordination to find a parking spot for the night. We arrived a night late due to the weather, but a requested late checkout of noon on Sunday could not be accommodated. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly come again.
