The place is just as it appears in the photos. It is very clean and comfortable and well-furnished. The layout is a little odd, but the pictures show that. The kitchen is very functional and well-equipped but quite compact. It worked well for making breakfast; might be hard to prepare a full dinner. Loved the location -- it is 1/2 block off of the main drag and walking distance to restaurants, a great bakery and a large grocery store (Shop N Save). It's about a 15 minute drive to Sunday River Ski Resort. Would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at Cascades several times and this unit was very clean and the host was very communicative. Would definitely stay again.

Property was clean and just as the owner described on the website. Ski in/Ski out was awesome. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything you would need to quickly heat something up or to cook a full meal. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location near Mt Abrams and Sunday River, 5 mins from Bethel for restaurants and other activities. Pretty views from the apartment. Everything was as pictured, a great place to relax after skiing.

Team members were friendly, helpful and communicative throughout the process.

The unit was in the perfect ski-in/ski-out location and had beautiful views of the ski trail and the sunset. Not overly big, but slept 4 of us just fine and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing ski weekend. Would definitely return!

Short of staying on the mountain, this is an excellent spot for a weekend at Sunday River. It's not a huge place, but it's everything you need for a comfortable base to play outside. Though it is amongst other condos, the area was very quiet. There was also a shuttle directly to Sunday River that picked up once an hour just out front in the parking lot, but you can also drive to Sunday River in less than 5 minutes and the resort has shuttles from the parking lots in case you wan to bring a lot of gear up to the mountain with you. Though this is a first floor space, there are stairs you need to climb up from the parking area, but the walk was shoveled and sanded.

Perfect mountain home for ski trip.

Our stay was amazing, 10 minutes from Sunday River Ski resort, spacious, kids friendly (they even had a play station!). Would stay here again!

Great house and location for group ski trip to Sunday river. Less than 10 minutes to mountain and comfortably slept 12. Would highly recommend.

Loved our stay here! The location is incredible, the beds were comfortable, check-in and check-out were smooth, and walking or taking the shuttle to local restaurants was easy. Definitely would stay again.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. It actually felt much bigger than the pictures. The location is 5 minutes from the mountain.

Well maintained condo with everything you could need to cook at home. Very easy drive to Sunday Mountain for skiing.

Such a great spot especially if you have kids in ski school! The condo was very comfortable for a family of 4 and had everything we needed. Our kids loved going out to watch the fireworks. It was also easy to walk back to after we missed last chair!

Easy and smooth! Organization and instructions were impeccable. I could tell the condo rental system was a well-oiled machine.
