Checkin and checkout were efficient and easy.

Location was great and booking process was easy. Condo building is very loud from other owners.

When I inquired about the fireplace they were very responsive and answered immediately.

Overall we had a great stay! We were very disappointed that the fireplace was not usable. It was one of the features that influenced our decision in choosing the property.

Great ski in / ski out option!

Great location for skiing. Having use of ski locker was very convenient. It was a tight fit with 5 sets of skis/poles though. Condo and amenities as described. Limited kitchenware/utensils for prep work/cooking but manageable. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Place is great and perfect access to the Sunday River Chondola! Couldnt really ask for much better accessibility/location/ease of use for a ski rental. Inside is nice and the beds are very comfy. Only small complaint is that there is no physical way to fit six adult ski sets and poles in the basement ski locker.

Our stay was fabulous. Just as described in the listing. Very close to Sunday River and local hiking/snowshoeing spots. The house was clean and spacious. It was a perfect for our mini family vacation! We would definitely go back!

This condo is all about location. Being steps away from the slopes and the locker room-like setup for storage and gearing up is great. The unit itself is good. It's clean, the bunk beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is decently stocked for cooking in. However the pullout couch mattress is the typical thin uncomfortable type and there were a couple of minor maintenance issues. Also take note that the community ping pong tables are on the other side of the bunk room. With the paper thin walls every volley, cheer, and swear can be heard so not ideal if you have younger kids with bedtime before about 10:30.

Renting the property was very easy. Property team provided all necessary instructions. The whole rental process was held in professional matter. Would definitely recommend renting from this team!

We had amazing stay at this property. Everything we needed this house has. Amenities, supplies, location Mud room was a big plus, very specious for skiing equipment. House may seems small at first, but dont be fooled. It had plenty spaces for three families. Any one who wants privacy, will find one. Furniture was comfortable, especially beds. We really liked the place and the location! I hope in the future we can come back again! Thank you for everything that made our stay as wonderful as it was! It created a lots of great memories!!!!

It was comfortable and had a good location. Other reviewers had mentioned steep stairs to bathroom from bedroom so we were knew what to expect. Great stay in Bethel.
