we had a great stay! amazing location and exactly as pictured.

Our party of eight (4 adults and 4 teens) enjoyed our stay. The house is large--three floors with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The house was extremely clean and perfectly maintained. The central living room/kitchen/dining area was comfortable and spacious, with a nice gas fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, pots/pans, utensils. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub after a long day of skiing at Sunday River (just a 5-minute drive away). Five stars! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Location was phenomenal! Condo building is on a main trail right by one of the base lodges and lifts. Also the lifts right by the unit are the only lifts running at night, so it was easy to pop back out for some night skiing. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and well appointed. As the pictures and description shows, its small and has one bathroom. We were a family of four with two teenagers and it was a little tight. A couple or family with small children would be perfect. That said, it was more than worth it for the location to ski trails and with the pool and game room in the building.

My honest review- Great location, clean and easy access. The bed situation on the other hand was not accurate. Said rental stated sleeps 5. I would recommend a couple or maybe a couple with one child. If youre looking for comfort the beds lack this. You have a cot, sleeper sofa and a futon in the main bed.

Easy to use system with good communication

The management was unobtrusive, communicated well & spelled out rules! The condos are always clean, too!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay for ski in and out. Unfortunately not enough snow to officially ski in and out for us, but looks like it wouldve been good! There was three of us staying and we had leftover beds

Spent Christmas there with friends and family. Close to downhill and x country skiing. Multiple group hangout spaces made the flow of conversations and games refreshingly easy for all. Comfy furniture. Great light. Well furnished and large kitchen for cooking. Grateful for the use of the space.

Amazing holiday retreat. Would definitely do it again!

Matt and Stephanie were great in supporting our stay. We had one issue on Christmas Eve with lighting that Matt personally visited the property yo resolve. In all the communications with the team was excellent and made our stay that much more relaxed and unfettered.

This is an ideal property, served by Matt and Stephanie, for any family or group of friends who want a relaxing stay close to the mountain

Beautiful location and a lovely house. Unfortunately, with the bad weather we did lose power and water use. We wish we could've been more prepared or had a generator on site. Plows did come to the rescue. But, we had to leave earlier than expected due to no plumbing, but nature happens! Would've been a lovely weekend.

As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. This place is a bit on the spendy side is completely worth it. It has two rooms with king beds and a third room with a bunk bed. The master bedrooom is incredibily comfortable with a great tub, sofa, fireplace, and direct access to the outdoor hot tub. We loved the privacy as well as the coziness of the place. Perfect spot for a winder getaway! Hope to be back sometime.

Reservations were very easy to make and adequate instructions were supplied.

The condo was very clean and super convenient to skiing.

We stayed over Christmas to ski Sunday River. Place has a working fireplace and comfortable living space. The beds were super comfortable. The location was convenient to the mountain. Matt was very accommodating and responsive. 5-star place.

Wonderful condo within the Riverbend complex which is a great location in super close proximity to both Sunday River and all amenities, stores, gas stations etc. Wonderful stay !!
