This bright and cheery apartment is ready for your next getaway adventure! Enjoy a cozy kitchen outfitted with new appliances and a unique dining bar table that seats five people. There is a full bedroom on the main floor, and the spacious second floor family room/sleeping loft includes a king bed and full sofa bed. The location can’t be beat, nestled in the heart of Bethel Village, an easy 10 minute drive to Sunday River or Mt. Abram ski areas. Walking distance to groceries, shopping and dining. The nearby Bethel Inn offers golf, x-country skiing, snowshoeing and fat bike trails and rentals.
Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.
Coffee:
Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.
There is a main house attached to the carriage house with a separate entrance that sleeps eight, which can be rented in combination with the carriage house or separately, depending on availability.

We had a great stay! Neighborhood is safe and convenient with a bakery, restaurants and museums within walking distance. There is a grocery store with everything you need literally across the street. Gemini Bakery is a must! About the tastiest we have been to anywhere. Bethel is a lovely community and we were so pleased to stay there. The property is cozy, but well equipped and it is as described in the listing. No problems. Wed stay again!

Great place for our family four - lot of sleeping space. Right behind grocery store and can walk to most restaurants in town. Ample parking. 10 mins to the Mountain access road. Note when you check in the lock code provided is for the electric lock on door, not the old lock box on the outside.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was spotless. The kitchen is small, but we had everything we needed to make multiple meals there. Management was quick to respond to any need or question we had. The location was ideal, close to the local grocery store (very easy to walk to) and just half a block away from shops. We definitely recommend staying at this property.

We've stayed at several vacation properties managed by larger companies over the years. When we had a small maintenance issue that prevented us from taking a shower at the property this weekend, I was about ready to call it quits and only stay at hotels going forward. However, Maine Ski Lodging Co handled the situation quickly and professionally and made our family want to come back to stay at the same or different property managed by this team. Ron came out to fix the issue, did so within an hour, and was friendly and helpful by sharing recommendations for local activities. Though we may continue to hesitate to book rental properties via some of the large web services we all know are out there, we will definitely rent via Maine Ski Lodging Co again.

The place is just as it appears in the photos. It is very clean and comfortable and well-furnished. The layout is a little odd, but the pictures show that. The kitchen is very functional and well-equipped but quite compact. It worked well for making breakfast; might be hard to prepare a full dinner. Loved the location -- it is 1/2 block off of the main drag and walking distance to restaurants, a great bakery and a large grocery store (Shop N Save). It's about a 15 minute drive to Sunday River Ski Resort. Would definitely stay there again.
