very easy apartment close to lifts. perfect.

Nice being directly on ski slope ski in and out.

Clean and cozy unit for our family of 5. The kitchen is a little small but has all the essentials. They provided plenty of bedding and blankets and towels which was nice. A walk across the parking lot to access the slopes which was great! We had a nice stay and would stay again.

I grew up with the family Lees house on Sunday River House ski in ski out since 1982. It was sold just over 10 years ago but I been renting for years at the River. A hot tub is a common amenity at a ski resort. I will rent all winter with my season pass. But not at White Cap. The owners due to Covid, wont allow the renters to use the hot tub or pool. I love the condos but will be looking for a different condo on the mountain different location or just staying at Sunday River resort hotels. That aside. I loved the condo, loved the ski in ski out, love the rental company. Everything else was amazing.. been staying their for years.. with the 50 days I ski a season.

Great location for our ski trip to Sunday River. Clean home and wonderful accommodations of a fire pit and hot tub. Will definitely be booking here again next year!

Our second time in this house and not the last, place is amazing, very clean, easy communication and also everything you need for cooking. Definitely our favorite place to go. Bethel is a very cute town and youll find grocery store, gift stores and restaurants close by. Definitely recommend either for family vacation or romantic getaway.

Our stay at this Brookside Condo was perfect. The condo is cozy and comfortable and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable as well. The location is perfect for accessing the mountain. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend.

The place is perfect for small groups to go skiing.

It was such a beautiful home! My family and I enjoyed it from the kitchen to cook in and spacious living room, to the basement with the pool table and not to mention the hot tub! I would definitely recommend it to anyone! I was posting videos of the 2 nights I was there and so many people were asking me where is the house located, so definitely recommending it! :) It was a modernized cabin with great views which was exactly what my family and I were looking for.

Great spot for easy ski in ski out to Sunday river, seconds away from lodge. The space was clean and very well setup! We plan to stay again this year!

Great place to stay and ski for the weekend!

This was a great stay and just what we expected! Holiday decorations were a nice addition! We felt right at home and we will def be back. House is equipped with everything that you might need and plenty of things for kids!

This was a great spot for an offsite team work experience with access to skiing and riding. Roomy, great amenities, and ambiance.

Pictures dont do this wonderful house justice. While this home is in a neighborhood, the property is very private with every window facing the snowy trees. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking in nearby state parks. And the gas fireplace kept the home very hot. Our children had a blast playing pool and even sled in the sloped driveway. We played board games and watched World Cup in between enjoying meals at the large dining table. The town has multiple breweries and lots of dinner options if you want a night out. Bethel is an absolutely beautiful and relaxing town. We cant wait to return!

I only needed to speak to a live person twice and both times the person was courteous, informative, and wonderful.

My sister and I wanted to spend our Thanksgiving Holiday in the mountains of Maine with our two families and we could not have chosen a better place. There was more than enough room for the nine of us! The home offered the warm and cozy cabin aesthetic we were looking for! In the late autumnal weather there was the right amount of crisp in the air for coffee on the porch with a blanket as well as family games by the fire. The home we stayed at provided enough pots and pans for us to cook our entire Thanksgiving feast and we had a spread. Overall our stay at the Winter Park Lodge more than met our expectations.

Our stay here was exactly what we were hoping for. The house has a great feel and had the amenities we were looking for like a hot tub and a sauna. We would absolutely stay here again when looking in that area.
