Nestled in the heart of the Sunday River ski resort, Cascades Condominiums offer the perfect combination of slopeside convenience and amenities. This 72-unit ski-in/ski-out condo complex features studio and one-bedroom units, each privately owned. Guests enjoy direct access to the South Ridge base area via the beginner-friendly Broadway trail. The complex provides family-friendly activities including an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a spacious indoor common area with a fireplace. Nearby at the South Ridge base area, guests can explore various dining options, a food court, equipment rentals, retail shops, and ski lessons. Access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts is effortless from the base area, and night skiing is available in the South Ridge area.

Great spot! Couldnt have asked for a better set up. The ski hill is a 1 min walk from the front door and then you ski right to the chondola. Beds and couch are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need for utensils/pots/dishwasher, etc. Pool and hot tub were the perfect way for the kids to end the day skiing. Great set up and would recommend to anyone.

The location can't be beat. Having the ability to ski right out your door to the chondola is amazing! The unit itself looked just like the pictures and was clean. If you are a security/safety conscious person, know that there are no curtains on the living room windows and you are facing the parking lot, so people can see you at night. There also are not any deadbolts on the doors. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend!

We absolutely loved staying there. Check in and out were super easy. Everything was so close by. At night we loved sitting in hot tub and watching the groomers get the hills ready for the next day. That was pretty cool

I cant think of anything I would change re: the location, amenities, quality of the condo etc. The very comfortable beds and bedding were especially wonderful to find in a rental condo. Id definitely look into staying here again if we ski Sunday River in the future.
