Located in the White Cap and Barker Brook area, Brookside's Slopeside accommodations offer the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for ski enthusiasts. Situated right by the Roadrunner Trail, these ski-in/ski-out retreats provide easy access to the slopes. The 76-unit complex features a variety of condo sizes, ranging from cozy studios to spacious two-bedroom condos, ensuring there's something for everyone. While each unit is individually owned and may vary slightly in amenities, guests can enjoy shared facilities including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and a cozy common room with a fireplace.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.
Pets
Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.
Please note that while pets are not permitted, occasional visits from the owner's pets may occur. If you have allergies or any concerns, please be aware of this arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.

We stayed in B407. The room is a top floor, corner unit. It is very quiet at night. The unit is very comfortable and clean. There are ski lockers on the 2nd floor, which is very nice. You can simply walk across the parking lot to get to the ski hill. Maybe a 100-150 foot walk. I used Maine Ski Lodging last year as well. They are very professional and sent several emails before and after to check in to make sure everything is okay. The location of the unit was awesome and I would highly recommend this place! We loved our stay! And we will be back! Thank you!

Very cool place! 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed, 1 pull out bed (full size could fit two people) and one queen bed. The space is great and has everything. The location is solid also! The road runner trail leads down east to white cap lodge. This was perfect for us and truly made things ski in ski out (with a <1 minute walk from door to trail) in the spring time. 8m walk to the equipment rental place. We had a great time at this spot and hope to book again next year!
